Qualifications
Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree IT, Electrical Engineering or related field
Data centre operations certifications (CDCP, Cisco DCTECH) preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in data centre operations or IT infrastructure support
- Functional Knowledge:
- Data centre operations and DCIM
- Server hardware (Dell, HP, IBM)
- Power and cooling systems
- Physical security
- Asset management
